To ensure I can accommodate all clients effectively, I have established the following cancellation policy: Cancellation & Rescheduling • I require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. • Cancellations made within 3 hours of the appointment will incur a 30% charge. • No-call/no-show appointments will be charged the full service amount and may require a deposit for future bookings. Late Arrivals • If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your service. Emergency Cancellations • I understand that emergencies happen.
